• Payment is due as specified in your project agreement or invoice.
• We accept payment through Stripe.
• All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified and exclude applicable taxes.
• Refunds are issued at our discretion within 30 days of payment for services not yet started.
• Services already in progress or completed are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Payment disputes must be raised within 30 days of the transaction.

5. Intellectual Property

• Custom website designs and code created for you become your property upon full payment.
• You retain all ownership of content, images, and materials you provide to us.
• Pre-existing templates, frameworks, and general development techniques remain our intellectual property.
• We retain the right to use general methodologies and approaches developed during projects for other clients (without disclosing your specific project details).

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to use this website and our services only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe upon the rights of others. Prohibited behavior includes:

• Harassing or causing distress to any person.
• Providing false or misleading information during the service engagement.
• Requesting illegal services or content.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems.

7. Communication and Project Information

By providing us with communication details (email, phone, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.), business information, and any other materials, you authorize us to use this information solely for the purpose of delivering your web design services.
